|In the early years of the Artemis colony (2169-2174), radios were used to enable communications between colonists. At the start of 2175, however, improvements to the Quantum Communications Network (QCN) allowed a localized QC-chip based system for hands-free communication to come online - the PN System, or Personal Network. The PN system is still very new, and changes in its features and functions are expected to continue as time goes on.
