Anyone can create a business or group. Untold Dawn has a very flexible political sandbox mode in the dashboard that allows for factions to have assets, resources and for global events to affect the city.

== Audience ==
An '''audience card''' represents a group of people who are receptive to a message, sale or performance.

Having a business that is open to the public, such as a bar, will give you the '''Small Social Hub''' asset card that will generate audience by itself.

However, there is other ways. If you run an event that has 10 or less people, you can be gifted an audience card by staff. If it has 10 or more people, you can be gifted 2x audience cards.
