After requesting approval from staff through a ticket, you need to ask a Stroitel employee to help you work on an AutoKiosk. They will get to build it, and you can retool it (it costs around 50,000 credits to retool it, on top of what ever the Stroitel Engineer charges). Once the AutoKiosk is built, you can request staff to set it up. You will have to have a nearby backroom, and that is where the items will be pulled from by the AutoKiosk. You drop them on the ground and it utilizes its price.

You also need to buy a CERT stick from the ACC. Consume it (HELP ASSET) for your group AFTER the AutoKiosk is built and deployed in your room, and staff have set you up with the AutoKiosk as an asset. Then, you need to work with Stroitel to get construction supplies available. The project will consume it and then eventually announce that it is finalized. Inform staff that the project is done and your shop should be set up.
