== Structure ==
The Information and Orientation Bureau (IOB) operates with a dual structure, consisting of two interconnected wings:

** Information Specialists produce news reports, educational materials, and comprehensive guides to ensure all colonists have equal access to vital knowledge.
* '''Orientations Wing:''' Dedicated to welcoming and supporting newly awakened Wakers as they transition to life on Artemis.
** Orientation Officers provide personalized guidance, conduct orientation sessions, facilitate social integration, and assist with practical tasks such as securing housing, accessing healthcare, and navigating the colony’s infrastructure.

The two wings collaborate closely, recognizing that informed colonists are better equipped to thrive, and well-integrated colonists are more likely to seek out and utilize available information.
