Now that the Dome space is oxygenated, the kind of heavy-duty construction work needed to actually create a city district is possible. This represents the largest single-step expenditure of resources, but it will also be the most dramatic transformation - as buildings rise from the flat steel subfloor's surface at last. Much of the actual construction work will be overseen by Stroitel Ventures' team, but there's still considerable need for help with the process, especially assembly of some of the needed materials:
