To issue a work permit, you need to go to [https://www.untold-dawn.com/dashboard/acc the ACC dashboard] and search for the person you want to issue the permit for in your relationships. ONCE A PERMIT IS ISSUED, IT CAN ONLY BE REVOKED (NOT DELETED) WITHOUT STAFF HELP.''' = Work Permit Interview Procedure = == Pre-Interview == * Make sure that the colonist understands that they must already be hired by the group (in the QCN group) before proceeding with the interview. They should have not reclaimed any paychecks yet. == Interview == * '''Ask the applicant to state their job title and duties.''' The applicant has to have full knowledge of the job they are being hired for. The ACC Constable is in the right to stall the approval of the work permit if they consider that the candidate needs more information on their job duties. * '''Request the name and contact information of their employer or supervisor.''' You will use this information to verify that the employment is legit, if not enough proof has been presented. There are other ways to prove their employment if you have any doubts. * '''Ask the applicant for what QCN wallet they will be receiving their payments in.''' This should be used for monitoring. It is useful to record it for the ACC as a whole in case they need it in the future. It serves as an entry point to be able to track the activities of a citizen were they be suspects of a crime. If they have received paychecks already, you need to investigate if the collection of these paychecks was done maliciously or not. If it is someone that should know not to collect their paychecks before having a work permit, they should be fined a debt of the totality of the salaries they collected. If they had a work permit when they collected the paychecks and all they need to do was renew their work location or description, it is not finable basis. == Post-Interview == * If all details are verified, approve the work permit. If inconsistencies arise, escalate for further review. Contact the employer if inconsistencies arise. * Document finding internally for the rest of the ACC. * Maintain a watchlist for high-risk employers with a history of violations. * Some cases may require follow-up inspections or periodic compliance checks, if you believe there is a basis to believe so.
