Staff reserve the right to approve or reject retool requests, but we will try to work with the players to find common ground where there is disagreement.

== Examples ==
Examples of retooling that are fine:

* Making a cabinet have color and a logo.
* Changing the short description of a mattress to have specific design on it.
* Having a pattern or design on a kitchen knife.

Examples of retooling that are not fine:

* Retooling a piece of clothing. This should be done through tailoring.
* Retooling a room. This should be a [[Construction Project|construction project]].
* Retooling a small medical cabinet to become a huge medical cabinet.
* Retooling a single bed to become a king bed.

== Process ==
To get a retool request, you should open a Discord ticket, have the item you want to use on yourself (or your room).

Specify:
* Where is the item.
* What is the current short description and description of the item.
* What do you want to change it to.
