This command is used to view the help file for ‘permissions’, which can allow you to add roommates to a bunk room, allow another PC to change a temporary description on an item you own, and more.
permissions <target> - Lists the permissions you have over something.

PERMISSION TYPES:
LOCK - Allows locking and unlocking. TDESC - Allows someone to set a tdesc on a place you own. PROGRAM - Allows someone to both view the programming and alter the programming.
