Help:Qc wallet

The QC chip allows you to interface with the decentralized Quantum credits currency. This system works based on wallets, which are a pair of address and password. The address can be shared with others to receive money whilethe password, if shared, can be used by others to also access the wallet.

qc wallet - Manages your currency wallets.
qc wallet show <id> - Shows the password and balance for wallet #<id>.
qc wallet create - Creates a new wallet.
qc wallet delete <address> - Deletes a wallet.
qc wallet add <address> <password> - Adds a wallet to your chip.

While you can have many wallets in your chip, you can only have one open wallet at a time. This is the wallet which you will use to interact with the world, for receiving transactions in person, paying for services, etcetera.

qc wallet open <id> - Opens wallet #<id> for use.
qc wallet close - Closes the currently open wallet.
qc balance - Shows the balance of the currently open wallet.

You can transfer money in many ways.

qc transfer <amount> to <address> - Transfers <amount> credits to <address>, using the currently open wallet.
qc offer <amount> to <target> - Allows you to make an offer to another character in the room you're in, for <amount>. They need to accept the offer for the transaction to be completed.
qc offer accept - Accepts an offer made to you.
