This lists your wearables, things in your hands and your general inventory. It does not display items which are worn on your body.

Inventory will not show what is IN items you are wearing, such as bags or jumpsuits. Your PC will have a maximum carry weight, dependent on their strength. You can see how encumbered you are by typing 'score'.
