Command to say something to a particular target.

Syntax

tell <target> <message>
tell <target> (emote) <message>
tell <target> (emote) [emote] <text>

Examples

>tell mouse (shrieking) Ah! Get away!
Shrieking, you tell A little grey mouse,
     "Ah! Get away!"
