Untold Dawn is a game that is in its infancy in terms of roleplay. While staff do their best to generate plots from the staff-side, in truth, most plots will come from players. This guide will give you the tips based on the observations of staff on how to best engage with the game.

Before You Go In Game[edit | edit source]

If you really want to set yourself for success, thinking and discussing with staff some kind of entry-level plot or goal can be a great way to engage with the game. Staff loves to enable plots for players. Examples could be 'trying to find out what happened to your family' (and having to involve several players in the process), or 'trying to find a way to send money to Sol for my family', or 'establishing X business in Artemis'. You get the gig, something out of the gate that will help you to engage in roleplay and draw people in.

Of course, you can also just roll in and get dragged in by other players, but proactive players are very important for Untold Dawn!

Plots[edit | edit source]

Untold Dawn's staff loves player-led plots. Ideally, these plots keep players busy before requiring staff support, but in general we're happy to brainstorm with you.

If you want to discuss a plot with us, just open a Discord ticket and we can talk about what are the steps needed to be done.
