At the start of 2175, however, improvements to the Quantum Communications Network (QCN) allowed a localized QC-chip based system for hands-free communication to come online.

Syntax

       pn - Show information about your QCN PN system.
       pn alias <alias> - Sets your PN alias.
       pn description <description> - Sets your PN description which will show in the WHO list.
       pn who - Shows a list of actors of interest currently connected to the QCN and conscious. Note: The system's consciousness detection may be imperfect. (AKA, players may be afk!)
       pn all <text> - Sends a message to all players on the QCN PN system.
